SHIPPING POLICY

We offer a $5.00 flat-rate shipping fee per order, with free standard shipping on select items. Orders are processed and shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays only, and we kindly ask that you allow 2-3 business days for processing. At this time, we ship only within the U.S. and do not offer international shipping. If there is an unexpected delay in processing your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated estimated delivery timeframe.

REFUND POLICY

All sales on services, products, and programs are final, and purchases are non-refundable under any circumstance. Due to the digital nature of some of our offerings and the immediate access granted upon purchase, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & STORE CREDIT

While we do not accept returns, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery by submitting a request at https://www.camisha.co/client-care.

Once your request is received, we will assess the issue and provide further instructions. If an exchange is necessary due to a product defect or shipping error, we will process an even exchange and ship a replacement on our next scheduled shipping day. We do not offer store credit.

RESHIPMENT POLICY

If a product exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the returned item is received, we will process the replacement at no additional cost to you. If you need to reship an order due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, additional shipping fees will apply. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing an order.
